Pea Soup



1 C Dried Peas

5 C Water

½ C Chopped Onions

1 Clove Garlic

½ C Raw Cashews (washed)

¼ t Salt



Cook the peas in the water for nearly 2 hours.

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Use ½ Cup water to rinse the blender and add to soup.

Reheat and sprinkle with virgin olive oil.

Serve with popcorn or crackers.



 

 

 

 


Vegetable Soup



1 Potato Cubed

1 C Mixed Vegetables

¼ C Chopped Onion

1 C Water

¼ t Salt

¼  t Onion  Powder

¼ t Garlic Powder

2 C Tomato Juice

½ C Ground Almonds or Cashews



Cook the vegetables in one cup of water for 20 minutes. 

Blend the tomato juice with the almonds until smooth

and add to the vegetables and seasonings.



 

 





 

 



Patty Pan Soup



4 C Cooked Patty Pan

½ t Salt

¼ t Powdered Onion

¼ t Powdered Garlic

½ C Cashews Raw (Washed)

1 C Fresh Onion

2 C water


                Blend all ingredients and heat and serve





 



 



Beet Soup


 

 

2-3 C Beets

1 C Tofu

¼ C Almonds

¼ C Fresh Onions

1 Clove Garlic

 

 

 

 

1 C Water

Salt


Blend it all together


Stir it while cooking.
